We had an absolutely amazing experience with Tony driving us from Hoi An to Hue. Honestly, Tony was not only an excellent driver, but an incredible person. He was one of the friendliest and kindest people we met during our trip in Vietnam. We stopped at My Son Sanctuary, the Marble Mountains, Hai Van Pass and Lang Co Beach, and Tony made the whole day unforgettable. He was extremely flexible, patient and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. What really made the experience special was how genuinely friendly Tony was. He even invited us for coffee along the way, and we ended up having lunch together and spending time chatting like we were travelling with a friend rather than just a driver. He went far beyond what we expected and was always happy to help or give us recommendations. Tony is honestly one of those people you remember after a trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver or a better person to spend the day with. If you’re travelling from Hoi An to Hue, don’t hesitate to book with Tony, we highly recommend him! ❤️

I booked for a 7seater compact SUV hoping to do the Hai Van pass and do sightseeing while on the peak but the weather was not very cooperative with our initial plan- can’t insist with driver trusting them our safety as well. That’s probably the reason why Andrew whom i communicated at first during the booking sent just a standard 4seater Mitsubishi with Chris as our driver. Chris drove us safely from Hue to Hoi An via the tunnel. Though not able to have the Hai Van Pass drive due to bad weather and fog with slight rainfall but still he was patient enough to wait us while we were at Lang co Lagoon and Marble mountain. He speaks English well and we find it easy to communicate with him. He was very considerate and friendly.

We had a great trip from Hue to Phong Nha with Justin today, his car was clean and he was friendly and a good driver. We stopped at the DMZ bridge and tunnels along the way which were good value as well. I recommend!

We used this company twice for long trips when we were in Vietnam. The cars were great and the company was easy to deal with and they were very reliable. We had Chris for one drive and top for the second drive. Both were very professional, friendly, had great English and were very knowledgeable. I would like to compliment Hue Private Drivers for their honesty and excellent communication on WhatsApp. My wife and I were planning to do the Five Lakes hike by ourselves, rather than as part of a tour. We contacted several private driver companies to arrange transport. Hue Private Drivers were the only company that clearly and honestly told us about the current problem (July 2026) with a landslide at km12 on the road. Because they gave us this information, we decided not to do the trip. However, we really appreciated their honesty and good customer service. I believe this kind of service deserves recognition, so I wanted to leave this review. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with my driver today. He picked me up at Da Nang Airport right on time and made the entire journey smooth and enjoyable. We first visited the Golden Bridge at Ba Na Hills, and he made sure I had enough time to explore and take photos without feeling rushed. After that, he drove me through some of the most beautiful landscapes in central Vietnam and even recommended stopping for lunch at Lagoon Restaurant, which had stunning views and delicious food. Our driver was Tri Duong Ky and he drove a group of 5 of us from Phong Nha to Hoi An. He made the trip a great experience. He contacted us ahead to confirm our plans, showed up on time and was friendly and helpful from the first moment. His english was good and he provided great information, made sure we were able to experience Hue and gave us his local perspective, and guided us to an excellent lunch.
